Well today we out for our first official snow day. I would be happy, but....it means we go to school on Saturday. It is beautiful, but cold brrrrr. The low was 15 this morning. I decided this morning I would do something I have been planning since this summer, make black rasberry jelly. I have a tutorial in the works so be sure you check back later to get the low down on making jelly in the winter time. In the meantime, stay warm and I think I am going to try a new granola recipe and a new slow cooker recipe, and you know I will tell you how it turns out.
